About Seller The Central East LHIN Board of Directors, at its meeting in Pickering on March 27th, 2013, made a series of decisions pertaining to the 'Community Health Services (CHS) Integration Plan (Durham Cluster)', released on February 12th, 2013. The LHIN-facilitated CHS Integration process began in the Durham Cluster in April 2012 involving ten organizations.
